an ingredient or lubricant that is not part of the final product. Includes liquid paraffin, polyglycerol polylinoleate and polyglycerol polyricinoleate, which are used in small amounts to stabilise tin-greasing elliulsions. Also includes some enzymes that are inactivated during the baking process.
