Inox instantiser machine helps bakers to dissolve and disperse

Bakeryandsnacks.com (19/01/09) reports that Australian firm Inox Fabrications Australia has designed a machine to aid bakery players rapidly dissolve and disperse viscous solids, semi solids and powders. The Inox 300L Instantisers can dissolve soluble products in less than five minutes for complete hydration, total liquefaction and with no burn-on that can occur with conventional systems. The firm claims that the specially designed impellor system combined with an appropriate vessel shape, produce a high level of turbulence to dissolve and disperse almost any food product in the most efficient and thorough manner available The Inox 300L Instantisers can be used in a variety of food applications. It has the capacity to dilute products, such as concentrated fruit purees for pastries and puddings, and to disperse powders, like flour or cocoa powder. With regards to de-aerating, the machinery can can rehydrate powdered eggs, milk and whey. The machine is available in capacities ranging from 100L to 5000L, and are also available with either direct coupled motor drive or in a low line design with motor mounted to side of unit.
