About Us

I'm the Product Development & Technology Manager for Griffins Foods limited, part of the international Danone Group of companies.

I am responsible for Research & Development, Quality Systems, and Productivity and Process Improvement for Griffin’s Biscuits and Eta Snackfoods.

I have a BSc(Hons), majoring in Nutrition, from Otago University and have more than 13 years experience in the biscuit and snackfood industry, including one year based in Europe.

I see my contribution as a member of the Baking Industry Research Trust committee as that of being an advocate for Biscuit Manufacturers.
